Privacy Policy

StatsAI (statsai.bet) is a tool for analysing football matches. It shows statistics, odds, chance estimates and ticket suggestions made by an AI model based on historical data. StatsAI is not a bookmaker: it does not accept bets and does not pay out winnings. This page explains what data we keep, why, and what we never do with it.
1. Data we keep when you use the site
- Account: username, email address, your password stored only as a one-way hash (we cannot read it), site language, when the account was created and last used, and the date and version of the terms you accepted.
- Security: the last three IP addresses you log in or use the site from, with approximate country and time. Only the administrator can see them, and they are used solely to protect accounts and detect abuse. The country is also used to show the site in your language on your first visit.
- What you do in the app: tickets you save, settings, follows and likes, so the app can show them back to you.
- Referrals and membership: your referral code and who invited you. If you pay a membership or receive a reward in crypto, the public wallet address you give us.
- Visit source: a label telling us which channel brought you (for example Telegram, YouTube or a search engine). We count visits ourselves, as totals per source; when you register, the label is saved with your account.
2. What we never do
- No advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites.
- No outside analytics services.
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

You can delete cookies in your browser settings. If you delete kvota_session, you will be logged out.
4. Services that process data for us
- Cloudflare protects the site and runs the robot check.
- Our email provider sends account emails (verification, password reset).
- Google Fonts serves the fonts.
- Partner banners (for example Bybit or Binance) take you to their own sites, which have their own privacy and cookie rules.
5. Google user data and the YouTube Data API
Our YouTube channel StatsAI · Football Stats publishes short match previews. Our own tool, StatsAI Shorts, uses the YouTube Data API only to upload those videos to our own channel. It requests a single permission, youtube.upload, for our own account.
- We do not ask visitors to sign in with Google, and we do not access, collect, store or share any data from your Google or YouTube account.
- The access token for our channel is stored only on our own computer and is used only to upload our videos.
- StatsAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Watching our videos on YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Anyone who has granted a Google app access can revoke it at any time on the Google Account permissions page.
6. How long we keep data
Account data stays while your account exists. We keep only the last three IP addresses; older ones are overwritten. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.
7. Age
StatsAI is only for adults (18+), or those above the age limit set in your country. Only bet money you can afford to lose.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version; we tell users about significant changes on the site.
